FATAL STABBING OF TEENAGE GIRL DEEPLY SHOCKING, NO PLACE FOR VIOLENCE IN SCHOOLS

I am deeply shocked and saddened by the fatal stabbing incident involving a 16-yearold student that took place at a secondary school in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, this morning.

This tragic event has touched the hearts of many and shocked the entire nation. Schools should be safe spaces for learning, personal growth, and friendship.

The police must be given the space to carry out their investigation. At the same time, my office in Damansara stands ready to assist the victim’s family. My team has been instructed to reach out and provide support to them during this difficult time.

On behalf of the Ministry of Digital and my team in Damansara, I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the family of the young girl who lost her life in this heartbreaking incident.
